I strongly disagree with the statement as the operation manual contradicts the statement that there is a specified shift point that must be adhered to. Furthermore, I made several videos showing the problem in which they refused to acknowledge. Most troubling they have not given me the repair work orders for the bike after numerous attempts and visits back.
