The door handle is not available as a service part from GM for the Saturn Sky (and similar Pontiac Solstice). According to parts catalogs, it was only available as part of the inner door assembly, which is long obsolete for the driver's door side.  I was forced to adapt a part from the Chevrolet Cobalt (and used an aftermarket part from Dorman) to replace the handle when I got tired of dealing with cuts.
