Upon inspection fire and flames were shooting out of the firebox and engulfing the controls.  We shut down the unit by turning off the power switch.  We had a new unit shipped to our location and installed by a technician.  The old unit was shipped back directly to Truma for inspection .  We have yet to hear back from Truma on the status of that investigation. This incident occurred in early January 2022.","canonical_url":"https://api.morvs.ai/vehicle-complaint/1805382"}]}
