The roller mill was being driven by a PTO.  The employees left hand was pulled by a chain into a sprocket, amputating the left index finger.  The employee was transported to Great Plains Regional Hospital with the amputated finger for treatment.","canonical_url":"https://api.morvs.ai/workplace-injury/2015010084"}]}
