Abstract
This action amends the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at St. Mary's County Airport (2W6), Leonardtown, MD. Amendments to the Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) both GPS and VOR Rwy-11 have made this action necessary. Amendments to the controlled airspace extending upward from 700 Feet Above Ground Level (AGL) are needed to accommodate the SIAP's and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
