Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Andrews--Murphy, NC. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), helicopter point in space approach, has been developed for Andrews--Murphy, NC. As a result, additional controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to accommodate the SIAP.
