Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Lloydsville, PA. Development of an approach, based on the Global Positioning System (GPS), Helicopter Point in Space Approach (GPS 349), Latrobe Hospital Heliport, Lloydsville, PA has made this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to protect aircraft executing the approach to the Latrobe Hospital Heliport.
