Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Greensburg, PA. An Area Navigation (RNAV), based on the Global Positioning System (GPS), Helicopter Point in Space Approach (GPS 029) at Westmoreland Hospital Heliport, Greensburg, PA has made this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to protect aircraft executing the approach to the Westmoreland Hospital Heliport.
