Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Pelham Lake, VA. Development of an Area Navigation (RNAV), Helicopter Point in Space Approach, for the Culpeper Memorial Hospital Heliport, Pelham Lake, VA has made this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach to the Culpeper Memorial Hospital Heliport.
