Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Coudersport, PA. Development of an Area Navigation (RNAV), Helicopter RNAV343 approach, for the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital Heliport, Coudersport, PA has made this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach to the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital Heliport.
