Abstract
This amendment establishes Class E airspace at Sugar Land, TX. This action is prompted by a non-federal air traffic control tower that currently operates only during specified hours at this airport. The intended effect of this rule is to provide adequate controlled airspace for aircraft operating in the vicinity of Sugar Land Municipal/Hull Field, Sugar Land, TX. when the control tower is not operating.
