Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace for University of Virginia Medical Center Heliport. This action is made necessary by the development of a Helicopter Point in Space Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) 062 based on the Global Positioning System (GPS). Sufficient controlled airspace is needed to accommodate the SIAP and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the heliport. The area would be depicted on aeronautical charts for pilot reference.
