Establishment of Class E Airspace: Harrisonburg, VA

This action establishes Class E airspace at Harrisonburg, VA. This action is necessitated by the development of a Helicopter Point in Space Approach to the Rockingham Memorial Hospital Heliport, Harrisonburg, VA. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet to 1200 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the Point in Space approach to the Rockingham Memorial Hospital Heliport.
