## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at Griffiss Airpark, Rome, NY. Development of Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) for the Airpark has made this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing an instrument approach to the Griffiss Airpark.
