## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at St. Mary's Hospital Heliport, MD. Development of an Area Navigation (RNAV), Helicopter RNAV137 approach, for the St. Mary's Hospital Heliport, MD has made action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach to the St. Mary's Hospital Heliport.
