Abstract
This action modifies Class D airspace at Bloomington, IL, and modifies class E airspace at Bloomington, IL. Area Navigation (RNAV) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP's) have been developed for Monroe County Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface of the earth is needed to contain aircraft executing these approaches. This action increases the radius of the existing Class D and Class E airspace for Monroe County Airport.
