## Abstract

This action modifies Class E airspace at Manistee, MI, VHF Omnidirectional (VOR) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP's) have been developed for Manistee County-Blacker Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface of the earth is needed to contain aircraft executing these approaches. This action modifies the extensions to the existing Class E airspace for Manistee County-Blacker Airport.
