## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at Peninsula Regional Medical Center Heliport, Fruitland, MD. Development of an Area Navigation (RNAV), Helicopter RNAV331 approach, for the Peninsula Regional Medical Center Heliport, has made this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach to the Peninsula Regional Medical Center Heliport.
