## Abstract

This action amends Class E5 airspace at Andrews-Murphy, NC. A Area Navigation (RNAV), Global Positioning System (GPS), Runway (RWY) 8 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), has been developed for Andrews-Murphy, NC. As a result, controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to accommodate the SIAP.
