## Abstract

This document establishes Class E airspace at Scott Field Airport, Mangum, OK. The development of an area navigation (RNAV) global positioning system (GPS) standard instrument approach procedure (SIAP), to Scott Field Airport, Mangum, OK, has made this rule necessary. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for aircraft operating in the vicinity of Scott Field Airport, Mangum, OK.
