Abstract
This final rule removes outdated language, revises several sections, and adds one new section to the noise operating regulations. Some revisions are a result of statutory changes to the Airport Noise and Capacity Act. New requirements define specific filing procedures and criteria for special flight authorizations. These revisions will make the noise operating regulations consistent with statutory provisions.
