Abstract
This action amends Class E airspace at Mount Pocono, PA. This action is made necessary by the development of a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) at Pocono Mountains Municipal Airport (KMPO), Mount Pocono, PA. Sufficient controlled airspace is needed to accommodate the SIAP and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport. The area would be depicted on aeronautical charts for pilot reference.
