## Abstract

This action amends the Class E5 airspace at Prestonburg, KY. A Area Navigation (RNAV), Global Positioning System (GPS), Runway (RWY) 3, a RNAV (GPS) RWY 21, and a VHF Omni-directional Range (VOR)/Distance Measuring Equipment (DME)--A Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) has been developed for Big Sandy Regional Airport, KY. As a result, controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to accommodate the SIAPs.
