Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Milbank, SD. An area Navigation (RNAV) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (RWY) 31 has been developed for Milbank Municipal Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface of the earth is needed to contain aircraft executing this approach. This action establishes controlled airspace for Milbank Municipal Airport.
