## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at Beebe Memorial Hospital Heliport, Lewes, DE. Development of an Area Navigation (RNAV), Helicopter Point in Space Approach, for the Beebe Memorial Hospital Heliport, has made this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach to the Beebe Memorial Hospital Heliport.
