## Abstract

This document modifies Class E airspace at Portsmouth, OH. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach procedure (SIAP) 165 deg. helicopter point in space approach, has been developed for Southern Ohio Medical Center, Portsmouth, OH. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action modifies existing controlled airspace for Portsmouth, OH, in order to include the point in space approach serving Southern Ohio Medical Center Heliport.
