## Abstract

These special conditions are issued for Dassault Aviation Fan Jet Falcon, Fan Jet Falcon Series C, D, E, and F, and Mystere-Falcon 20-C5, 20-D5, 20-E5, and 20-F5 airplanes modified by Garrett Aviation Services. These airplanes will have novel and unusual design features when compared to the state of technology envisioned in the airworthiness standards for transport category airplanes. The modification incorporates the installation of dual Electronic Primary Flight Display systems and dual Electronic Primary Attitude Source systems that perform critical functions. These special conditions contain the additional safety standards that the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that provided by the existing airworthiness standards.
