Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Lock Haven, PA. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft operating into William T. Piper Memorial Airport, Lock Haven, PA under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).
