Abstract
This action modifies Class E airspace at Circleville, OH. An Area Navigation (RNAV) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (RWY) 23 has been developed for Ross County Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface of the earth is needed to contain aircraft executing this approach. This action increases the area of the existing controlled airspace at Pickaway County Memorial Airport, by adding a radius of controlled airspace around Ross County Airport.
