## Abstract

This action establishes Class E5 airspace at Tunica, MS. A Area Navigation (RNAV) Global Positioning System (GPS) Runway (RWY) 35 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) has been developed for Tunica Municipal Airport. As a result, controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain the SIAP.
