Abstract
Area Navigation (RNAV) Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) have been developed to serve Elkhart-Morton County Airport, Elkhart, KS. The Nondirectional Radio Beacon (NDB) Runway (RWY) 35 SIAP serving Elkhart-Morton County Airport has been amended. This action modifies Class E airspace at Elkhart, KS to the appropriate dimensions for protecting aircraft executing the approaches. The Elkhart-Morton County Airport airport reference point has been redefined and is incorporated into the legal description of Elkhart, KS Class E airspace.
