Abstract
An examination of controlled airspace for Wayne, NE revealed a discrepancy in the location of the Wayne, NE nondirectional radio beacon (NDB) used in the legal description for the Wayne, NE Class E airspace. This action corrects the discrepancy by modifying the Wayne, NE Class E airspace and by incorporating the current location of the Wayne NDB in the Class E airspace legal description.
