## Abstract

An examination of controlled airspace for Lee's Summit, MO revealed discrepancies in the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport reference point, used in the legal description for the Lee's Summit, MO Class E airspace. This action corrects the discrepancies by modifying the Lee's Summit, MO Class E airspace and by incorporating the current Lee's Summit Municipal Airport reference point into the Class E airspace legal description. It also deletes reference to the Lee's Summit nondirectional radio beacon (NBD) from the legal description. This brings the Lee's Summit Class E airspace and its legal description into compliance with FAA orders.
