Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Buckhannon, WV. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft operating into Upshur County Regional Airport, Buckhannon, WV under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).
