Abstract
This action amends the Class E airspace at Jamestown, NY. Controlled airspace extending upward form 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft operating into WCA Hospital Heliport, Jamestown, NY under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).
