Abstract
This document contains corrections to the final regulations for bird ingestion type certification standards that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) published in the Federal Register on September 14, 2000 (65 FR 55848), with an effective date of December 13, 2000. These regulations revised the bird ingestion type certification standards for aircraft turbine engines.
