Abstract
An examination of controlled airspace for Ames, IA has revealed a discrepancy in the Ames Municipal Airport, IA airport reference point used in the legal description for the Ames, IA Class E airspace. Additional discrepancies were identified in the name and location of the NDB serving Ames Municipal Airport. This action corrects these discrepancies by modifying the Ames IA Class E airspace and by incorporating the current Ames Municipal Airport, IA airport reference point and the correct name and location of the NDB in the Class E airspace legal description.
