Abstract
This action amends the Class E airspace at Lynchburg, VA. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft operating into Falwell Airport, Lynchburg, VA, under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).
