Abstract
This action revises the Class E airspace area at Mena Intermountain Municipal Airport, Mena, AR (M39) to provide adequate controlled airspace for the redesigned Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) and the new Instrument Landing System (ILS) and Localizer (LOC) SIAPs.
