## Abstract

This action modifies the Class E airspace area at Beloit, KS by changing the name of the airport in the legal description from Beloit Municipal Airport to Moritz Memorial Airport. It also modifies the dimensions of this Class E airspace area. A review of controlled airspace for Moritz Memorial Airport indicates it does not comply with the criteria for 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) airspace required for diverse departures. The area is modified and enlarged to conform to the criteria in FAA Orders.
