## Abstract

This action announces the effective date of a final rule published in the Federal Register of April 28, 2011 that amends Federal airways in Alaska. The FAA subsequently published a rule in the Federal Register of June 16, 2011 that delayed the effective date until further notice. An amendment, published in the Federal Register of October 20, 2011, further modified the rule.
