## Abstract

This action establishes Class E Airspace at Colebrook, NH, to accommodate a new Area Navigation (RNAV) Global Positioning System (GPS) special Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) serving the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital Heliport.
