## Abstract

This action establishes Class E Airspace at McConnellsburg, PA, to accommodate a new Area Navigation (RNAV) Global Positioning System (GPS) special Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) serving Fulton County Medical Center Heliport.
