## Abstract

This special condition is issued for the Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Model 222U helicopter modified by Heli-Dyne Systems, Inc. This helicopter will have a novel or unusual design feature associated with the Electronic Flight Instrument System. This special condition contains additional safety standards that the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that established by the airworthiness standards.
