## Abstract

This action establishes Class D and amends Class E airspace areas at Elko Municipal-J.C. Harris Field, Elko, NV. The development of a Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (RWY) 5 and the establishment of a Airport Traffic Control Tower has made this action necessary. An intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Elko Municipal-J.C. Harris Field, Elko, NV.
