## Abstract

This rule adopts new authority citations for Chapter I of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). In 1994, the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 and several other statutes conferring authority upon the Federal Aviation Administration were recodified into positive law. This document updates the authority citations listed in the Code of Federal Regulations to reference the current law.
