## Abstract

This amendment modifies the Class E airspace area at Harvard, NE to accommodate a planned Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range/ Distance Measuring Equipment (VOR/DME) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) at the Harvard State Airport. This action will provide for additional controlled airspace necessary for the planned VOR/DME SIAP. It will also change the airport status from Visual Flight Rules (VFR) to Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).
