## Abstract

These special conditions are for the Saab Aircraft AB Model Saab 2000 airplane. This airplane will have novel and unusual design features, relating to its electronic flight control system, when compared to the state of technology envisioned in the airworthiness standards of part 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR). These special conditions contain the additional safety standards which the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that provided by the airworthiness standards of part 25.
