## Abstract

This amendment adopts changes that are editorial or typographical in nature in parts 119, 121, and 135. The changes are necessary to correct errors or clarify the intent of the regulations published on December 20, 1995 (60 FR 65832). The changes in this amendment will not impose any additional restrictions on persons affected by these regulations.
