Abstract
This action reduces the time of designation for Restricted Area 3107 (R-3107), Kaula Rock, HI, to accurately reflect actual times of use. This administrative change, initiated by the U.S. Navy, will not affect the boundaries, designated altitudes, or activities conducted within the restricted area.
